Es una obra clase AAA con vistas a obtener la certificaci\u00f3n LEED v4 Core and Shell nivel Oro<\/strong>. Posee una soluci\u00f3n integral Lutron <\/strong>de control total de iluminaci\u00f3n, siendo un edificio modelo en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Torre VILO: un modelo de eficiencia e iluminaci\u00f3n inteligente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La estructura curtain wall<\/em> de Torre VILO permite aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la soluci\u00f3n Quantum <\/strong>de Lutron. Su sistema de iluminaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 controlado por sensores de ocupaci\u00f3n y teclas inal\u00e1mbricas, y cortinas inteligentes con motorizaci\u00f3n Lutron. Estas circunstancias posibilitan el m\u00e1ximo aprovechamiento del sistema Hyperium <\/strong>de Lutron para automatizar la explotaci\u00f3n de la luz natural con control de deslumbramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este tipo de soluci\u00f3n integral conlleva un beneficio adicional: la optimizaci\u00f3n de los sistemas HVAC a partir del control inteligente de la luz solar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Implementaci\u00f3n del sistema Lutron Quantum en Torre VILO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La implementaci\u00f3n de Lutron en Torre VILO est\u00e1 en desarrollo desde hace 3 a\u00f1os. Comenz\u00f3 por la ingenier\u00eda de base y se encuentra actualmente en su etapa final de start-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde MRD Soluciones<\/a><\/strong>, nuestro trabajo comenz\u00f3 con la ejecuci\u00f3n de la ingenier\u00eda de base del sistema de control de iluminaci\u00f3n. Se trata de un servicio que ponemos a disposici\u00f3n de los interesados en utilizar sistemas Lutron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En etapas m\u00e1s avanzadas, continuamos nuestra presencia asistiendo a Cronolait<\/a><\/strong>, master distributor Lutron, con el servicio de verificaci\u00f3n de cableado de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ese respecto, resulta crucial se\u00f1alar que nos encontramos con un excelente trabajo realizado en la instalaci\u00f3n de los componentes y luminarias. Tanto Cronolait, con la instalaci\u00f3n de componentes del sistema Lutron, como T\u00e9cnica Elemec<\/strong>, responsable de la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y de lazos DALI, superaron con creces las exigencias del proyecto y facilitaron nuestro trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actualmente, Torre VILO se encuentra en su fase final de start-up con los equipos de ingenier\u00eda de campo certificados locales e internacionales, siendo esta una fortaleza de Lutron a la hora de ejecutar proyectos de tal importancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
